Despite not being very fine herself, Maureen is accustomed to the finer things in life. Although her frilled pink pillows sit perfectly on the three-piece, she can't help suspect that life is not quite in order.

Annette worked on several high profile films before Three And Out, including Tim Burton's CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY and THE BAKER.

Annette played the recurring villain Margaret Blaine in the 2005 series of DOCTOR WHO, alongside Billy Piper and Christopher Eccleston. She also created the character of Brawdie Henshall in the hairdressing drama, CUTTING IT and played Thelma Clegg on CORONATION STREET.

In 1998 Annette co-starred in LITTLE VOICE with Sir Michael Caine and Jane Horrocks, with the cast receiving a nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in the Screen Actors Guild Awards. A year earlier she appeared with Bob Hoskins in 24 7: TWENTY FOUR SEVEN.

Throughout the 1980s and 90s Annette worked extensively in television. Highlights include the award-winning mini-series HOLDING ON, the made-for-televsion movie CAPTIVES with Tim Roth and the drama series MAKING OUT.

Annette's first major television role was in BERGERAC in the early 1980s, in which she played the role of Charlotte for 29 episodes. Other early television appearances were on MINDER and ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL.

Originally from Birmingham, Annette graduated from the East 15 Acting School in London.
