Terms of Use
1. This website is owned and operated by Worldwide Bonus Entertainment, Plc in conjunction with its subsidiaries and their affiliates (collectively referred to herein as “WBE”). All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions (T&C’s).
2. You may only purchase or order items for non-commercial and lawful purposes and any other use is not permitted. You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. You have to be 18 or older to purchase from the website. Any items purchased on this website will not be delivered to an address outside of the United Kingdom.
3. WBE may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website, including these T&C’s, at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Great British Pound Sterling.
4. Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with WBE’s Credit Department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement.
5. WBE reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. WBE will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, WBE will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, WBE try to will notify you as soon as possible.
6. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase from WBE, or any product is defective or otherwise not working properly, please contact WBE by phone or e-mail so that WBE can address the situation.
7. All returns, other than for defective items, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. These fees are designed to keep our prices down, allowing us to continue to try and pass savings and good service to our customers. WBE will only accept returns in the same condition and packaging as they were shipped or else you will be charged a packaging fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be sent to:

WBE recommends that you send your return item fully insured, via a traceable shipping method. WBE shall not be responsible for late, lost, or misdirected packages, nor for products that are damaged during return shipping. All requests for refunds must be made within 28 days of product’s arrival date. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. In the unlikely event that you find that your order is missing an item or items, contact WBE Customer Support by email within 10 days of the product’s arrival date.
9. WBE will not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall WBE’s liability exceed the repair, replacement, or cost of the specific product purchased from WBE. WBE shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.
10. These T&C’s, the use of this website, and any order or purchase made through this website shall be governed by the laws the United Kingdom.
11. All sales shall be deemed made in the United Kingdom, regardless of the location of the Customer and the Customer hereby agrees that such venue is appropriate and that WBE's agreement to sell and deliver products to the Customer is dependent on this provision.
12. Should section or portion of a section of these T&C’s be deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
13. WBE and the WBE logo are trademarks of Worldwide Bonus Entertainment, Plc. All other trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. All trademarks and registered trademarks are used to the benefit without intent to infringe on the mark holder.
